After a brief break to revamp our offering – we’re excited to welcome you back to the bakery. We’ve been working on our pastry and bread selection and take pride in continuing to create as much as we can in-house – sourcing local, organic produce and showcasing our suppliers, with sustainability always in mind.
So what can you expect to see on the counter? The starting line up currently features, pain au chocolat, almond croissants, pain au raisin and butter croissants. It’s also important to us that we have plant-based options at our bakery. You can expect to see vegan croissants, pain au chocolat and our staple cinnamon rolls which have been elevated.
Our bread is also made fresh, every morning in our bakery. Our Sourdough is used on our brunch menu at our Bridge Street and Northgate Street shops, as well as being available to purchase at the bakery alongside a selection of others. We’re keen to always keep things fresh and exciting, and are open to hear what else you’d like to see!
