We are delighted to announce that we are now a Living Wage Foundation accredited employer!

The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage that meets everyday needs.

We believe that our teams throughout the business deserve a realistic wage that meets the cost of actual living – and not just the government minimum. This means that we are able to provide staff from age 18 and over the minimum of £9.50 an hour – an increase of 6.6% from the rate of £8.91, which is the minimum for those 23 and over.

Additionally, with the recent announcement this week of the new rate of £9.90 being introduced, we are pleased to share that we will be increasing our living wage to this figure early next year!
